To then bring this traditional delicacy to modern events in the proper manner of spit roast cooking we went about designing and crafting our own mobile hog roasting units. These machines became the wonderful units that you’ll still see us carting around to your events today – though of course with a few notable improvements and advancements as we ensure year on year that we are getting the very best in hog roasting technology by regularly upgrading and changing our machines out for the newest model.
